Maggie’s Mission: Animal Haven

** update: lucky has been adopted!!!! CLICK HERE TO SEE MORE DOGS LOOKING FOR HOMES**

We were thrilled when sweet Michaela got adopted right before Christmas last year. This meant Maggie Rose got to choose another favorite dog from Animal Haven to post on Moomah the Magazine as a part of her mission.

It wasn't easy to choose as there are so many adorable dogs that Maggie is in love with at Animal Haven, but after a lot of consideration, she narrowed it down and chose a special friend.

HERE IS MAGGIE'S PICK THIS MONTH: LUCKY, A COCKER SPANIEL.

Hi! My name is Lucky and I came to Animal Haven from the city shelter, where I was surrendered when my owner was evicted. I am extremely sweet and LOVE belly rubs and head scratches. I love to chase tennis balls and play outside. Although I do have the occasional energy spurt, I am a very low-key dog who is happy to chill out and just lay by your side.

Just because the holiday season has passed, it doesn't mean that Animal Haven's request for donations and purchases for the dogs end! Maggie is still determined to keep purchasing items off Animal Haven's wishlist to donate to the dogs and keep helping as much as she can. She encourages you to help! If you choose to purchase off the wishlist, please let us and Maggie know how you have helped!

If you are interested in adopting a sweet pet, joining the "Caring Kids Program" or seeing how you can help in any way, visit the Animal Haven Website to learn more.

Stay tuned to see more of Maggie's favorites and learn more about the animals that have stolen her heart soon at Moomah the Magazine.
