Homemade Yogurt Popsicles

Homemade Yogurt Popsicles

Squeezable yogurts are easy afternoon or after dinner snacks, but can be filled with artificially enhanced flavors and preserved fruits. Why not switch them out for Aida's unprocessed frozen yogurt popsicles that take two minutes to prepare and are filled with nothing but fresh fruits and organic yogurt.

• 2 cups of low-fat Greek yogurt
     (we love Wallaby Organic Yogurt)
• 1 cup of fresh raspberries
• 1 cup strawberries, hulled
• ½ cup fresh pineapple
• 1-2 tbs. honey or Stevia as a substitute
• Popsicle Molds
(we love these from West Elm)

BLEND all fruit and honey using a food processor, until pureed.

POUR blended mix through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds.

CLEAN food processor.

ADD yogurt and puree into food processor.

BLEND well.

POUR into any shape mold and freeze for a minimum of 3 hours.

Any combination of fruit or berries can be used to make this recipe.

Almond butter is a nice addition for a protein filled popsicle.
